Project Support Officer - Outside IR35 - 12 Month contract
Loriens leading public sector client is looking for a skilled Project support officer to join their team within their growing Change lab on an initial 12 month contract.
Management and administration of finance processes within lab.
Our public sector client are looking for a Project Support Officer to join one of their large teams and assist on the budgets and admin support for some of their large-scale projects.
This is an interim role for 9-12 months.
The role will be home based however some trips into the office in Warwick will be required.
Assist with Planning and scheduling work supporting the wider team in delivering small sized projects and work packages as part of the wider B300 programme.
Provides technical support to the the wider team which includes but is not limited to:
JOB PURPOSE
To provide a range of technical and practical project support to the UNS Project & Construction Team, including but not limited to assistance to the Construction Site Team and their day to day deliverables, ensuring the construction site and working area is kept in a secure and safe condition, escort duties, control of transport, assistance to the Clerks of Works in respect of quality records & checking, administrative support , rollout and maintenance of the construction team's Obeya Centres and other activities undertaken by the department.
