YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle for our clients' projects, from initiation to
  • closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
  • Utilise project management software, such as Zoho Projects
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address project issues and risks
  • Implement project management methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile, as
  • appropriate
  • Present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources - Provide leadership and
  • guidance to project team members

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management)
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
