Reporting to the head of department you will take the lead on managing multiple projects from design through to completion and aftercare, ensuring homes are built to a high-quality standard and health and safely requirement, within budget and timescales with excellent customer satisfaction.
You will be accountable for detailed design, procurement, and construction with a supporting role in acquisition, planning then sales/lettings and aftercare.
