Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote, subject to review)
Organisation and administration: the first point of contact within the project for organisation and administrative tasks, organise on and off boarding of new project team members throughout the different stages and relevant equipment such as PPE
Financial Administration: processing of purchase requisitions and invoices in SAP
Document Management: updating and managing the document management systems

To provide a range of support to the Transformation and Improvement team by developing and maintaining processes and systems to successfully drive the projects and programmes forward, using effective monitoring methodologies to achieve successful outcomes on time and within budget.
To improve the planning and delivery process of a range of other major programmes within Children's Services as allocated by the Programme Manager.
