The IS Manager Web is a senior role in the Booker IS team that is responsible for delivering effective, secure and efficient digital systems to help improve customer satisfaction and cash profit.
The IS team work closely with the Booker Digital team to ensure the systems deliver a seamless end user online experience to our customers.
This will involve working at every stage of the project development cycle from requirements capture right through to providing on-going support to their customers and users.
As an Application Support Analyst you will be working closely with the Applications Development Manager and representatives across the company at all levels to identify and deliver benefits to the business includingg improving and expanding the usage of digital systems and data, and providing new tools to help improve and define business processes.

As a result of some recent changes within our Own Brand team, we are looking for a Product Development Manager (known internally as Product & Brand Manager) which is a new Band 4 role to our business, to be based at our Wellingborough Head Office.
There will be some flexibility to work from our other Support Centres (Watford, High Wycombe, & Eccles) as well as some limited home working.
