We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team!
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and analysing marketing data. By collaborating with cross-functional teams you will contribute to the company's growth and market expansion. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement new strategies for the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Well-rounded experience and understanding of Marketing.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are crucial, with a high level of professional behaviour both internally and externally.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from all backgrounds and disciplines to achieve desired objectives is a highly desired competency.
- Your ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively will be critical to your success.
- Computer skills including MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) are required.
- Reactive Customer Requests- Trend information, concept development lists, presentations, trend treks, one pagers, etc. This includes travel as needed to deliver in-person support. Up to 25% travel is expected.
- Proactive Projects- Establish customer promotions, trend infographics, topic one pagers and sell sheets, collateral materials for proactive meetings with customers, trend trek materials, and internal business meetings.
- Newsletter- Compile and publish monthly customer-facing newsletter showcasing new product launches and relevant trend topic articles.
- Additional functions as required by the role to support sales, marketing, and company-wide initiatives, both internal and external.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing-related field.
- 1-3 years' experience working for a corporate marketing department, preferably in B2B.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Some experience managing projects and supporting category/sales organisations.
- Experience giving presentations.
- Customer service experience and skills.
- Interest in learning and experimenting with the most up-to-date design, database and analysis tools and techniques to integrate into our outputs.
