Site Project Coordinator - We are currently working on behalf a leading global business with one of their offices in Fareham, who support large Manufacturing and Engineering businesses, with their Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement requirements.
The Site Project Coordinatorrole is predominately based in their Fareham site with occasion travel to other sites close by.
Post invoices to SAGE and the Projects system, manage expense reports, reconcile finance data, handle statements and queries, ensure VAT receipts, allocate payments, and assist with sourcing and project admin.
Raise and journal client invoices, allocate receipts, perform daily bank reconciliations, collate payment runs, and manage filing.
