I am delighted to be supporting a national maintenance and construction provider to recruit a Project Manager to join them on a long-term freelance opportunity.
You will be the main point of contact for managing the subcontractors who will be appointed to carry out the maintenance projects, which will include electricians, joiners and decorators etc.
This role will be to manage the day to day maintenance projects that will be conducted across a number of sites across Teesside and North Yorkshire, using Teesside as your main base.
