I am delighted to be supporting a national maintenance and construction provider to recruit a Project Manager to join them on a long-term freelance opportunity.
This role will be to manage the day to day maintenance projects that will be conducted across a number of sites across Teesside and North Yorkshire, using Teesside as your main base. You will be the main point of contact for managing the subcontractors who will be appointed to carry out the maintenance projects, which will include electricians, joiners and decorators etc. You will be involved in pricing, sourcing and providing valuation of projects inline with the end client specifications. You will be the main point of contact for the end client and contractors and work to ensure health and safety requirements are fulfilled on site. You will also have strong IT skills and attention to detail and have experience managing multiple sites.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience managing multiple sites and multiple maintenance projects, where you have managed from initial execution of contractor through to completion. This role is available immediately for the right candidate and expected to last 6 months minimum.
