Our client Bromley Council, is looking for an interim programme manager to support adult social care throughout winter to meet and respond to seasonal demands and mitigate the impact on social care provision ensuring statutory responsibilities continue to be met.
The post holder will oversee the mobilisation of winter funding as well as support the system where necessary for example supporting the review and development of operational pathways where additional demand or delays may be identified, or working with the adult social care provider market to meet increase in demand during the period.

The SOW Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of programme delivery, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team management, and reporting on delivery progress, financials, and risks.
