This is a great business that offers flexible start times between 8-9am and free parking. The role will involve creating and managing the operational client delivery plan utilising the Project planning system, including the sequencing, scheduling, and delivery of both internal and 3rd party supplied product to meet client requirements. A strong sense of customer service and excellent communication are essential in this role Role Responsibilities Create and maintain project delivery plans from the point of award to contract completion. ? To attend new project handover meetings to ensure full understanding of projects including o Essential contract requirements o Targets and SLAs o Commitments and contractual obligations made to client o Client reporting requirements. o Attendance at client pre-start meetings as part of the Ops team. ? To work with Field operational and survey teams to understand individual projects, create and manage an effective client delivery plan with internal stakeholders while considering ALL aspects of successful delivery of the programme. ? To ensure the project delivery plan is in line with client spend and company expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career as an Apprentice Planner. Perenco's apprenticeship training programme will allow you to gain valuable hands-on experience whilst attending college to gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. Working within our Planning team, you will be responsible for providing both short and long-term planning and delivery for work scopes. The role will require full flexibility to support planning activity across any Perenco assets and be agile to adapt to operational changes. The successful individual will liaise closely with both onshore and offshore team members and provide a crucial link to operational planning. Working hours are Monday to Friday with one release day per week to attend college. Whilst this is an office-based role in Norwich, there may also be an opportunity in the future to travel offshore on occasion. Key Responsibilities include: To attend and contribute to planning meetings with all relevant departments. Ensure plans are populated with relevant information and review the deliverability of these within planning constraints on resources and time. Review work scope requirements with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with engineers, vendors and the Planning team to ensure requirements are met for offshore activities. Confirm status & readiness of planned activities. Highlight potential slippage/constraints of activities within the plan and communicate the potential effects to the respective Planner. Support with updating Attendance Tracking System (ATS) & Vantage administration. Manage available resource for platform visits using the NUI Planning tool. Update plans inclusive of progress and rescheduling of activities in line with the developing business needs outlined by the Planner. Provide the Planning Team support for administrative, analytical and reporting tasks where required. Liaise with the Logistics team to review logistical resource availability and impacts to proposed plans. Liaise with the Warehouse team for material/equipment shipping and readiness for planned activities. Manage hotel bookings for planned business needs and report on usage. Ensure contractor readiness to travel offshore are in line with PUK policy and Vantage is updated. Liaise with HR and PUK Medic regarding medical certification for company staff. Daily Vantage cost code administration. Daily management of Planners central email inbox. Raise any major changes or impacts to activities to Planning Team Leader. Qualifications/Experience Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across Microsoft suite, specifically Word Solutions based with strong planning, organising and numeric skills, and an excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. Full clean driving licence. Applicants will need to be age 16 or over to join the apprenticeship scheme. Safety Facilitator Our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas operator, is currently seeking a Safety Case/COMAH Facilitator to join their QSHE department. This is a full-time permanent position, based in our clients' Norwich office, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, review, update and submission of Offshore Safety Cases and Onshore COMAH Safety Reports. Key Experience & Qualifications: Higher technical qualification, preferably engineering although other disciplines considered. Chartered engineer desirable but not essential 10 years' experience with Offshore UKCS Oil and Gas Operators, top-tier COMAH sites and/or the Competent Authority Experience in a project engineering or management role desirable Good knowledge of planning, cost control and document management processes Thorough understanding of the Safety Case and COMAH regulations, including supporting legislation such as PFEER, DSEAR, PSR etc Experience working with the Competent Authority desirable but not essential Key Responsibilities Include: Optimise the review process and schedule for all Current Safety Cases (CSC) and COMAH Safety Reports (CSR) ensuring compliance with relevant statutory provisions. Maintain the SEMS document for Safety Case Management. Facilitate and coordinate the 5-yearly CSC and CSR Thorough Review Programme, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged at the earliest opportunity. Organise and coordinate all CSC and CSR Material Change submissions. Work with the Operations, Projects and Decommissioning Teams to facilitate updates to existing CSC/CSR to address the requirements of planned work. Identify additional ad-hoc resource requirements to manage 'peaks' in workload to ensure all relevant statutory deadlines can be achieved. Work with the various Performance Standard Owners and responsible engineers to ensure the content of the CSC/CSR remains accurate at all times and these key documents are continuously improved to ensure accurate and relevant content. Coordinate the Asset Integrity Management (AIMS) Performance Standard Review Process. Attend the weekly MOC meeting. Ensure all MOCs that require a non-material CSR/CSC update are captured on the change tracker and those that require material change assessment are added to the submission plan. Work closely with the Lead Safety Engineer (or other nominated person) to ensure hazard management information (including bowties and QRA data) remains valid. In particular, keeping abreast of changes in 'data-sources' that are used in the QRA for calculating TRIF, PLL, IRPA etc. Create and maintain a register of all commitments made within the CSC/CSR. Ensure these actions are registered in P-Trac, communicated and tracked on a regular basis ensuring delivery against any set deadlines. Ensure a robust workforce engagement process for all CSC/CSR updates, allowing sufficient time to receive and review feedback. Ensure independent verification bodies are consulted on CSC/CSR updates, allowing sufficient time to review and receive feedback. Ensure key supporting documents (i.e. Emergency Response Plans, MAPDs) are kept up to date. Liaise with regulatory bodies on matters relating to CSC/CSR including general updates, material changes and thorough reviews. Keep abreast of changes in offshore legislation to ensure the business adjusts as required. Provide support to others within the QSHE Team to ensure commitments relating to SCR 2015 regs, COMAH regulations, internal QSHE plans and improvement programs are achieved. SEC & Personal Safety Tasks: Management of SEMS documentation Management of Change Working with onshore engineering teams, technical authors, performance standard owners and operations personnel the SCCF will ensure Safety Cases/COMAH Safety Reports remain in compliance with relevant statutory provisions and are aligned with good industry practice. Delivery against commitments made within these documents is also key to the role.
