About the Role: As a Project Officer for Transformation & Improvement, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination, planning, control, and delivery of projects and programs.
This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across Children's Services to enhance planning and delivery processes and contribute to the establishment of a children's services program office.
You will be responsible for collecting and maintaining program data, developing and maintaining processes and systems, and ensuring successful project outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
This role will be responsible for providing all the necessary project specific and administrative support to the Strategic Manager, Project Managers and Finance and Monitoring Officer, enabling them to effectively deliver the programme of projects on time, within budget and within scope, meeting the needs of the organisation.
The role will require excellent communication and organisational skills and will involve liaising at all levels internally as well as working externally with training providers and other external contractors.

This post is within the Health Equity and Clinical Governance Directorate and will support the four divisions - Health Equity & Inclusion Health, Clinical Governance & Medical Revalidation, Nursing & Allied Health Professionals and Public Health Clinical Response - to deliver their programmatic work.
