We are recruiting for a Product Merchandising Manager to work on a full time and permanent basis, working from the Andover offices. Some remote working can be discussed. The role is focused on product merchandising, the end-to-end process of setting up new products from ERP to website front-end and making sure that the products are represented in the best way possible to both retail and trade customers alike. You will be working within the eCommerce Team and liaising with other internal departments to manage the product catalogue. This role will have the opportunity to suggest and develop changes to the existing process, improving based on business goals and targets, so we would love to hear from you if you have an innovative and forward-thinking personality! Essential skills: Relevant sound and demonstrable hands-on digital retail experience. Previous hands-on experience in supporting a multi-million-pound retail website preferably for a multi-channel retailer. Demonstrable knowledge and experience for the digital look and feel of products preferably both in a B2C and B2B environment. Hands-on and practical is a must for entering product data into an ERP, a PIM and/or website platform. Recent sound experience working within multi skilled teams including liaising with external development partners. Solid knowledge at intermediate to advance level of working with Excel and formulas to manage data sheets. Personnel Selection Recruitment is seeking Production Operatives with previous basic knowledge of soldering to join an established local client who are leaders in their field within the electronics industry. You will be a valuable and key member of the team assisting in the manufacture of a wide range of electronic assemblies. Normal working hours after training period will be 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 3.30pm Fridays. You will be building PCB assemblies and trained to IPC610 class 2 standard. This is a hand soldering role. Full training is offered for the role, however you will need to meet the following requirements to be considered:- Experience working in an engineering environment / manufacturing facility. Experience of hand soldering and production of PCB boards. Happy to work on intricate small detailed products. Confident to use small machinery and hand tools. Computer competent. Numerate and literate. Can ensure that your quality output is paramount. A positive and methodical approach to your work day. Work within strict company health and safety guidelines. Good eyesight with strong attention to details. A stable and dedicated work history. Self motivated and a good team player at all levels within the company. Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent Previous IPC 610 class 2 standard certification or another type of electronics quaification - ideal but not essential.
