A leading and fast-growing Build-to-Rent operator is seeking a Community Manager to be based on a high-end BTR development in Woking.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the annual salary of up to £65,000 bonus.
The role
The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the onsite team, driving revenue and building the reputation of the brand in the local community.
The role is based in Woking town centre and is part-time (initially 2 days a week) with flexibility on the days.
Our client is a local charity who provides support to children with special educational needs and they are looking for a compassionate and efficient HR / Recruitment Assistant to help recruit and on-board new staff members for the summer season.
It is an inital 3 month contract with a view to being extended.
