The Programme Director will be responsible for leading the delivery and implementation of their transformational Data Strategy which will streamline the way they receive, manage and work with data across the organisation, enabling smoother customer journeys and helping them to embed a truly data and insight-driven approach at the Charity.
A Charity in London are seeking a Salesforce Programme Director and Data Strategy Lead to lead on the delivery of their Salesforce CRM which will replace two legacy systems and to migrate all data successfully to the new system.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a significant programme to upgrade and migrate the key CRM systems (Income Generation and Operations) to a Salesforce Lightning platform, embedding best practices for Agile methodology, to ensure they are positioned to deliver the data quality, analytical and reporting capability required.
