Working with stakeholders across the Boots business to deliver a variety of high-profile projects. About the role The Project Manager will effectively lead the project team through the programme-life cycle of each project, from scoping and feasibility, right through to on site and completion. Providing excellent communication throughout keeping key stakeholders across the business engaged and updated throughout and ensuring best class delivery. Working in the fast-paced world of Property the Project Manager will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver a range of projects, including store fit out's, interventions, store improvements, strategic roll out programmes and key property initiatives. The Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Project Delivery, who reports directly into the Vice President Property Director.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and define project brief and scope, leading the feasibility activity, reviewing costs and inputting to the project business case to ensure effect and efficient delivery.Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects end to end ensuring delivery of projects / programmes to agreed timelines and budget and to the agreed level of quality.Adopt and drive new ways of working / technology to ensure cost effective time and efficiency for internal and external resources. Actioning learning reviews into continuous improvements to embed these for future activity.Where appropriate work within current CDM process, ensuring health and safety documentation are in place and reviewed, recorded, and uploaded centrally to appropriate project folders and systemsDefine deliverable key milestones programme dates and ensure adherence by stakeholders and project teams.
