An established company is seeking a Home Manager for an elderly residential home in a lovely area nearby Minster on Sea.
The home is undergoing refurbishment at the moment and currently has 11 residents.
Key Responsibilities
The Home Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of care is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the team, providing knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home.

Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week
