Main duties include knotting & trimming of sausage casings, ensuring casings are trimmed as per size specifications, maintaining high levels of hygiene around work stations, carrying out visual quality inspection checks on product and general housekeeping duties as required.
A good level of manual dexterity and attention to detail required as the process is very delicate.
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the production lines and ensuring that production plans and targets are met.
