PRODUCTION AND PLANNING MANAGER (Food Product Related)
Role Summary
To control and maintain accurate production planning processes across the business, ensuring complete and deliverable scheduling of all products & production lines.
To manage the team of planners, production and stock administrators to ensure the on time and accurate completion of all works order controls including closing and syncing within Customer SLA's To provide key performance / KPI metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the operation and wider business.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient productions processes, maintaining quality control standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Our client is a reputable food prodution copmany base in Haverhill.
Based in Kent, this role is responsible for supporting the planning of all orders into the production and planning schedules to ensure the customers deadlines are met to the best of their abilities.
An experienced Production Administrator is required by our client, a global supplier of Ingredients and Premix solutions for the food and beverage industry.
Using the system to produce Batch Documents in conjunction with the schedules and to issue and book finished goods into stock after production in a timely manner.
We need an experienced and strong-willed Demand/Production Planner to help ensure our planning processes are top notch from raw material to finished product.
BASIC SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000
We have a very profitable site producing circa 20,000 tonnes of product per year, we have also continued to grow at an impressive rate, with those growth plans set to continue.
Overtime - up to 1 hour per day expected to be covered as part of the management team over this and any weekend working paid in line with the companies overtime policy.
