My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to join their site on the outskirts of Glasgow. The Production Supervisor will have accountability for ensuring production targets are achieved and is responsible for all production, quality and labour resources. You will drive performance alongside the production plan ensuring that customer deliveries are achieved. Responsibilities: Ensure a high level of production plan adherence and for any non-adherence ensure a recovery plan is in place to protect customer delivery Monitor and drive all key KPI and PI performance in the area Actively manage and drive H&S within the team Identify opportunities for improvement within the production area Evaluating last 24 hour scrap reasons and drive corrective actions Ensure high level of labour absorption in production area Manage your teams performance, coaching them to be the best they can be Experience required: Previous management experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment Ability to develop and engage a high performing team Shift Pattern This role is based on continental shift pattern. Flexibility to working this shift pattern is required.

Experience in leading a team within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
