PRODUCTION MANAGER Location: High Wycombe Salary: Competitive (£45,000 - £60,000) Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee our clients' manufacturing operations in High Wycombe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production processes, optimising efficiency, and ensuring product quality. Production Department Manager Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Croydon Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 The Production Department Manager is a pivotal role within our clients' operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department. This role involves managing and motivating the production team, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving continuous improvement within the production environment. You will create and maintain key Relationships with Internal teams, (Senior Management, Team Members, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, HR, Finance, Quality, Stores, and other production departments), including external customers. Day to Day of the Production Department Manager role: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule of all outstanding work, including job time estimates for long-term planning. Allocate resources effectively, ensuring fair distribution of work and adherence to deadlines. Monitor team compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards. Conduct HR-related activities such as inductions, training, recruitment, appraisals, and performance management. Maintain up-to-date risk assessments and ensure all team members are trained in safe working practices. Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, 5S activities, and process enhancements. Manage quality control within the production process, addressing non-conformances and implementing improvements.
