Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including R&D, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to clients, demonstrating the value of our products and services. Monitor sales performance and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed to drive results. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales and cementitious background or concrete products environment, with technical qualifications in line with the role requirements. In-depth knowledge of cementitious products or concrete products, including their properties, applications, and performance characteristics, also in relation to their performance in reducing CO2 impacts. Experience in laboratory testing and quality management is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to identify and address client needs. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to achieve common goals.
