As a Product Support Engineer, you will work with a team of Product Managers, Software Developers, and Quality Assurance, pivotal in bridging the gap between product development and project implementation, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our client offices.
The role will help ensure the seamless delivery of new software, features, modules and products to the project delivery team.
My client based within the Rail/Rolling Stock Industry is recruiting for an IT Technical Support Technician to operate out of their offices based in Nottingham (Eastwood).
Responsible for maintenance of site servers, site network equipment, site telephony, desktop hardware and peripherals.
This candidate will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision providing IT support.
Support the commercial production of bid preparation, with responsibility for product selection.
