Role:

Supporting the BDM/AM/SD as part of the team responsible for managing individual bids from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial production of bid preparation, with responsibility for product selection.
  • Collaborate with BDM/AM and Bid Manager to create competitive proposals.
  • Contribute to bid library content.
  • Maintain company information on cDMS.
  • Management and progress monitoring of Bid Tracker.
  • Analyse results of bids/quotes to prepare a summary and update an intelligence data base on competitor pricing and strategies.
  • Collaborate with procurement to forecast price fluctuations, general increases/decreases and build into bid pricing model.
  • Produce Top 100 product list and update changes.

Skills needed:

A well organised individual, able to multi-task, with ability to use Excel.
