This position will primarily focus on providing technical support to customers and agents across Europe and South Africa, ensuring the efficient operation of products and promoting customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators
Successful management of all customer performance issues.
To bridge communications between internal and external stakeholders/customers and internal delivery teams to ensure the requirements are translated correctly into configuration or system changes.
To work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders/customers to understand the business requirements for configurations and implementation.
This includes gathering the information required to inform and prepare user stories.
Handle incoming customer calls and email enquiries regarding spare parts.
Logging call information on the CRM system.
