My client, the leading global social media / technology organisation, are looking to recruit a Product Support Analyst to join them on a 6 months contract.
Role and Responsibilities
Build technical knowledge and expertise in the organisations market leading social media platforms various advertising products.
You will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries (from the dealer network and end users, as well as internal colleagues), by answering telephone calls, email and CRM cases, providing timely and accurate technical information.
