An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Engineer to join this growing organisation specialising in the design and manufacture of Lighting solutions, based in Kent.
The main aim of this role will be to support construction projects from design to installation, working closely with lighting designers, electricians and installers.
Customers are predominantly based in London and the Southeast.
Evaluates existing products for re-design based on issues raised by customers, vendors or internal team.
Assesses functions to determine whether new product would enhance existing product line or provide additional function for customers.
Applies theories and principles to both simple and complex work including the design, product characteristics and documentation necessary to produce a quality product.
The successful Telematics Support Engineer will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our telematics products.
The role will involve
Provide Project Support: Actively participate in project meetings and new product introduction processes, contributing to effective planning and execution.
Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to leverage their products effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to enhance company offerings and customer satisfaction.
As an IT Support Engineer you will be required to work within a challenging and dynamic role, providing a mixture of both remote and on-site support for a large and varied client-base.
2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer required by our client - a fast-growing and highly-regarded business in the Technology industry.
Due to natural growth, our client are now looking to hire an IT Support Engineer with good 2nd and some 3rd Line experience to join the existing team on a permanent basis.
