We are currently seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join a Public Sector team in the North West.
Key Responsibilities
As our new EUC SME you will have two days onsite where your primary focus would be moving from SCCM into Intune while working closely with other members of the team.
IT skills and operational skills in the use of Liquid Logic.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for providing business support for the team including: supporting the team with Sefton Liquid Logic database, typing, telephone duties, note taking in a variety of operational meetings, co-ordinating the gathering of information from other agencies to support the manager and any other admin duties within the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Responsible for developing reporting systems for complaints/information requests, for analysing trends and patterns and translating this into outcome focussed action plans.
JOB ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for managing the Customer Resolution & Information Team to ensure that statutory and organisational requirements are met in relation to dealing with and responding to complaints, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Subject Access Requests (SAR) and enquiries made by Local Councillors and Members of Parliament in relation to Children's Services at Wirral Council.
