Hands-on skills to assemble the new test gears. Responsible for managing the external calibration of equipment. Able to perform in-house calibrations to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability. Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Develop and document comprehensive test procedures for production. Regularly update and maintain the test procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Responsible for keeping an accurate and up-to-date record of the company's equipment and assets. Ensure proper maintenance and tracking of all equipment and assets. Provide technical support to ensure products meet regulatory compliance requirements. Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance documentation. Collaborate with the engineering team to generate accurate and comprehensive test reports. Provide support in the creation of manufacturing data packs. Provide technical expertise and assistance to the production team to resolve any issues that arise. Troubleshoot and find solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the production process. Demonstrate a collaborative and supportive attitude. Assist other team members as needed to achieve overall organisational goals. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in electronic testing and calibration. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes to current practices. Continuously improve and refine calibration and testing processes. Qualifications & Experience: Strong knowledge in Electronics and electrical engineering. Must be PC proficient. Proficiency of Python programming Relevant experience in calibrations and test equipment. Organised and hands on. Proactive learner.
