You will be responsible for the accurate processing of a high volume of transactions on a weekly and monthly basis varying in complexity and will be committed with providing our customers with an excellent service.
Your role will involve the timely and accurate payroll processing of expenses, overtime, new starters, leavers, changes and administration of company benefits and schemes, in addition to performing manual payroll calculations.
You will be expected to deal with customers of all levels within the business.
We are recruiting for a Service Desk Administrator to support 500people with all software used by the firm, including Accountancy, Tax, Practice management, Document management software, as well as Microsoft office applications, by answering and logging calls in a prompt, professional manner, resolving problems where possible and escalating where required to 2nd Line Helpdesk Support
