The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Review, investigate, adjust and correct the purchase ledger to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Process all overhead purchase invoices daily and check accuracy against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Our local authority client based in Nottinghamshire are urgently seeking an experienced Administration Officer.
Provide an efficient and effective administrative service in support of the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Sections whilst also addressing customer requirements via the operation of a Repairs Call Handling Centre.
As a key member of the Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support both our client's customers and sales team.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to external sales teams and customer markets.
