Support procurement transition and implementation to Onetrust to align with D365. Provide administration support for D365 and data cleansing. Improve and develop procurement OneTrust registers. Identify and make sure all suppliers have current agreements in place and obtain all missing documentation for active suppliers. Progress and chase stakeholders to complete all supplier on boarding processes and procedures. Undertake reviews and interrogate SharePoint supplier folders. To accurately update all active supplier fields in OneTrust and upload individual missing supplier documents. Identify missing supplier stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to update and confirm all active suppliers are compliant and have all the correct documentation. A leader in global investments is looking for a Procurement Manager to join their Sourcing & Vendor Management Team. 3 years experience of Coupa and be the 1st point of contact for DORA. Assisting in the administration of regulatory requirements, particularly related to the DORA (Diligence on Reporting and Accountability) regulations. Managing contract documentation, including extracting and organising information from the Coupa system for review by the Legal team. Coordinating with vendors to update contact information and ensure accuracy in the Coupa system. Liaising with internal stakeholders to confirm accurate contract references for Legal purposes. Inputting contract details into a centralised information register. Escalating communication with vendors when necessary to ensure timely responses. Handling post-execution administrative tasks, such as creating new Coupa requests and uploading signed DORA contract addendums. Providing general procurement support and assistance as needed. Skills Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Self-motivation and the ability to manage tasks through to completion. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in contract administration. Willingness to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and effectively. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in finalising vendor contracts is preferred. Familiarity with using the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system is advantageous. Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, ideally within a global organisation.
