Procurement Assistant (6 Month FTC) - £23,933-£24,720- London, Canary Wharf

The Role

Do you have experience with databases and a track record of driving improvements? Are you proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of effectively communicating across various levels of an organisation?If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager (PM) and Procurement Officer (PO) to provide administrative support and play a key role in implementing our new supplier management system, OneTrust.

Candidates need to have necessary right to work in UK to be eligible for this role. Please note, this is a 6 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement administration function and process.
  • Support procurement transition and implementation to Onetrust to align with D365.
  • Provide administration support for D365 and data cleansing.
  • Improve and develop procurement OneTrust registers.
  • Identify and make sure all suppliers have current agreements in place and obtain all missing documentation for active suppliers.
  • Progress and chase stakeholders to complete all supplier on boarding processes and procedures.
  • Undertake reviews and interrogate SharePoint supplier folders.
  • To accurately update all active supplier fields in OneTrust and upload individual missing supplier documents.
  • Identify missing supplier stakeholders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to update and confirm all active suppliers are compliant and have all the correct documentation.

The Person

  • Previous experience working with databases.
  • Happy to drive change and improvement.
  • General administration experience.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages, Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people and teams at all levels.
  • A-Level or equivalent.
  • Maths and English at GCSE standard grades A-C or equivalent.
