The Senior Transformation Manager will hold a key role responsible for delivering the implementation of the new change management framework (CMF) the "V-Model". You'll be responsible for changing the way that change is delivered in response to issues raised by Internal Audit. This will govern the flow of change throughout the Bank, through the introduction of a suite of new interlock tools and controls. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management teams and be accountable for making sure that CMF the "V-Model" is embedded, adhered to and is effectively working across the Bank. The CMF model will include all regulatory changes that we will need to evidence and report to the Regulator. The successful candidate will join an exciting, motivated team who really have influence on Making our Customers Happier about Money. What you'll be doing Leading the transformation from the current operating model for change to the target state - completed implementation of the V model, thereafter they will ensure the V model remains embedded across the team. Leading the governance, One Plan, and analytics aspects of the central portfolio management, they will drive the transformation plan to establish the new ways of working to deliver change. Accurate reporting of initiative delivery including RAIDS, across a variety of stakeholders. Ensuring use and quality of key artefacts across the portfolio. Help govern the interlock process and provide assurance of delivery through a variety of outputs (CIO Monthly Synchronisation, CIO Quarterly Business Reviews and VM RAID Board), through close working with colleagues in SPPM. Help drive the focus on benefits realisation across the team. We need you to have Strong background in Programme Management /Agile change methods Strong track record of providing challenge to deliver improved results. Experience of financial institutions including key drivers of performance Highly effective communication at all levels - including involving production of regular reports to Board Level audience. Positive influencing of senior stakeholders PMO experience It's a bonus if you have but not essential Understanding of the key business drivers which influence the performance of a financial institution Advanced knowledge of software development processes and the project lifecycle.
