The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the design initiatives and crafting creative assets across multiple mediums Client Details Investment management firm in London Description Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging creative assets, spanning digital ads, presentations, brochures, infographics, and website elements. Support the delivery of our business objectives and marketing goals by creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects concurrently, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Stay abreast of industry trends and design best practices, infusing innovative ideas into our projects. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and feedback, incorporating revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Contribute to the evolution of design processes and standards, driving continuous improvement and efficiency. Supervise our in-house junior designer, external agency and freelancer. Profile 6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the financial services industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across various mediums, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a grasp of design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency. CAD Administrator Rugby 845 - 1700 Mon - Thur & 9am - 4pm on the Friday. £15.00 Ongoing Temporary Contract (Reviewed Weekly) Starting Monday 6th March 2024 We are looking for a CAD Administrator who can start some ongoing work at a busy engineering company in Rugby. This is a role where you open CAD files, adjust files based on customer requirements, save to a server, print, flatten into PDF or email around the factory. It's NOT a designer's role at all but is a role that requires you to have a very strong knowledge of CAD, an interest within engineering and be local to Rugby.
