Description
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging creative assets, spanning digital ads, presentations, brochures, infographics, and website elements.
- Support the delivery of our business objectives and marketing goals by creating visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and design best practices, infusing innovative ideas into our projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and feedback, incorporating revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and standards, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Supervise our in-house junior designer, external agency and freelancer.
Profile
- 6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across various mediums, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a grasp of design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
- Knowledge of Webflow and web design principles
