We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time, temporary, Facilities Officer to to assist the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations, building maintenance, property repair, refurbishment, and monitoring of contracts.
This is a temporary position for 37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends).

Property Maintenance Officer
We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Officer to join our Property Services team, working across the city to ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repairs for our housing stock.
This role reports directly to the Senior Property Surveyor and will involve close collaboration with internal teams, external contractors, and residents to deliver exceptional service.
The Property Compliance & Inspections Officer will be responsible for conducting property inspections across the portfolio to identify maintenance requirements, Health & Safety (H&S) compliance issues, ensure compliance with council license conditions, and other regulatory obligations.
The role provides essential support to the Works and Compliance Manager in ensuring that all properties meet the necessary legal and safety standards.
