Powder Coat Painter - Ely - Attractive Package ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Powder Coat Painter with immediate effect for our leading client. Role - Powder Coat Painter - Late Shift Applications are welcome from semi or skilled people or those who have previously been employed as a wet painter as full training will be given. Ideally, our client would like the successful applicant to work over 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday) from 15:00 hrs every day. However, there can be some flexibility on this start time, and they are happy to consider either full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time applications. Initially you would have to start working on the day shift for training to be carried out. As a Powder Coat Painter, you will need to perform the following tasks to achieve a high degree of finish to meet customer's quality requirements: Painting Silk screening Masking Unmasking Cleaning parts pre paint Cleaning parts post paint Load and unload parts Tapping holes Wrapping & packing You will also be required to carry out other duties in the Fabrication and Assembly area, when time allows. In order to be successful in this role you must have the following attributes: Ability to cope with repetitive work. A flexible attitude to work in order to satisfy client demand. Great attention to detail. Ability to maintain focus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good team player but must also be able to work alone. Capable of following verbal & written work instruction. Temperament to withstand a hot working environment, due to the ovens in the paint-shop.
