Our expanding Insurance client has created a new role of Complaints Manager to join their Central Assurance Department.
This will suit an experienced Complaints/Customer Relations professional from the Insurance Industry, so you can lead this vital business activity forward for the Group.
You will be supporting all Group Companies, meaning that you will be involved in a wide variety of cases across all their Operations.
As a result of continued expansion, this leading insurance organisation has an exciting new opportunity for a Group Claims & Complaints Manager.
Our client specialises in niche insurance products, including but not limited to, Travel Insurance (for which it underwrites circa 750,000 policies per annum), Social Housing, Construction, Equine and Leisure.
It utilises a wide range of distribution channels including large insurance intermediaries, price comparison sites, as well as white labelling for well-known brands and industry federations.

As an Account Manager you will lead the relationship with a portfolio of major Insurers but will work closely with the team who work hard to provide the business critical information you discuss and use with Clients to grow the business and build the relationships.
You will use your Commercial Insurance market knowledge and relationship management skills to liaise with our Client's key Insurers.
You will have face-to-face relationships with these Insurers and accordingly you will be comfortable with spending time in London.
