Our client is looking for an Administrator on a Part Time Temporary basis.
This position provides administrative support for the partnerships manager, completes results decks for completed and ongoing campaigns.
The role requires someone who is skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, can build positive relationships with people in addition to being highly organised with the ability to manage multiple areas of work and use initiative to resolve issues.
To provide full administrative support to Financial Planners and /or Investment Managers, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact with clients, and other operational colleagues, while adhering to regulatory standards.
To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
To work closely with the aligned Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
You will be responsible for providing assistance in the administration of all aspects of depot activities and oversee all facets of weighbridge operations when needed.
