Office Administrator
Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and keen to join a dynamic team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our client's reputable firm based in South Manchester.
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal Mortgage & Protection Advisor advisors by managing cases efficiently and ensuring smooth transactions for our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and managing mortgage & protection cases from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Liaising with mortgage advisors and clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Coordinating with insurance providers to obtain quotes and arrange suitable protection policies for clients.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, updating client information as necessary.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services or mortgage industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
