Our client is on a journey to establish a robust Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
We are seeking a dedicated PMO Specialist to support the UK Head of Portfolio Management Office in designing and implementing this strategic function.
The PMO Specialist will focus on establishing and maintaining effective project management processes, governance frameworks, and control mechanisms to ensure the successful delivery of portfolio projects.
Working closely with the Senior Enterprise PMO Lead, they will support the identification, prioritisation and ongoing tracking of initiatives, ensuring they deliver to agreed budgets and business outcomes.
The Enterprise PMO Analyst will support in the oversight, governance and management of the Enterprise project portfolio aligned to the overall business strategy and objectives.

Quick Overview
This is an interim position to support an organisation with their SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
The contract duration is initially 6 months with the possible extension to 9-12 months dependent on requirements.
This role will be on a hybrid basis (typically 2-3 days on site), working Monday - Friday office hours, starting within the next month following a successful application and interview process.
With high PMO and professional standards, work with our client and their stakeholders to successfully support their engagement programme, in particular on their strategic project to create a Hydrogen backbone in the UK!

You'll provide PMO analysis and support to agreed change projects and produce key metrics for projects, ensuring that the status is updated and maintained through the project governance channels so stakeholders can quickly identify progress and issues.
