Join our team! The Technology PMO Manager is responsible for coordinating the technology delivery portfolio for Elior UK across Customer, Enterprise, Infrastructure and Security tech functions. The Technology PMO Manager defines the tech portfolio and delivery management standards, processes, and templates, maintains a rolled-up view across all the tech deliveries, including status, budgets, key risks, issues and mitigations. What you'll be doing... Key Responsibilities Establishes and maintains the delivery management and governance framework, methodology, tools, and processes for technology. Mentors tech delivery leads and provide guidance for them to adopt and adhere to the framework. Ensures delivery plans and status reports are completed by tech delivery leads on time and of appropriate content. Ensures delivery costs are being forecasted and actuals being captured by the delivery leads, supports in updating technology level cost management. Creates and maintains a rolled-up view across all tech deliveries, including plans, status, budgets, key risks, issues, and mitigations for review with technology leadership team and stakeholders. Ensures the quality and compliance of the tech deliverables and artifacts and conduct quality audits and reviews. Identifies and implements best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities for the tech delivery management processes. Sets up and maintains the delivery 'Teams' folders, CR master tracker, assigns CRs, gets the Kan Ban board updated. Captures resource utilisation, identifies resource under and over utilisation. Ensures timesheets are being completed by the delivery team, translating them to actual costs for tech delivery. Working Pattern: Mon - Fri. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm What can you bring? Required experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology PMO management, preferably in the retail and hospitality sector. Minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up and running a PMO function. Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile. Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban, etc. Strong knowledge and experience in technology domains, such as software development, infrastructure, cloud, security, data, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
