We are currently looking for a talented and experienced PMO Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving successful programme delivery. In this role, you will lead a team of PMO Analysts, providing expert support and guidance to programme managers across the organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring project and programme teams adhere to our established delivery framework, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the PMO function.

WHAT'S THE ROLE

  • Lead and manage a team of PMO Analysts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective PMO processes and procedures, ensuring programme management best practices are consistently followed.
  • Manage programme resource time tracking, financial accounting activities, and reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive support to programme managers with governance meetings, budget tracking, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Develop and deliver impactful reports, scorecards, and programme performance trend analyses.
  • Collaborate effectively with Programme Managers and stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful programme delivery and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Represent the PMO at steering committee meetings and presentations, clearly communicating the PMO's role and value proposition.

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER

  • Experience leading and developing a PMO team.
  • Proven track record in managing programmes and prioritising initiatives.
  • A strong understanding of programme management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are necessary to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights is crucial.

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Salary between £58,000-£68,000 per annum (depends on experience) & Annual bonus
