As the Production Operative, you will be happy to be multi-skilled to meet the demands of production, which will involve you wearing the PPE and workwear that is supplied and laundered for you.
The post-holder will be part of the Commissioning Team and work closely with Service Managers, Senior Practitioners and Care Managers to source, arrange and amend packages of care, placements in residential and nursing homes and supported living services.
Experience of hospital discharges and placements and knowledge of the Mosaic system would be an advantage.
This may involve regularly dealing with complex and/or contentious issues.
