Seeking an experienced Property Litigation Adviser to join a well-established law firm.
The successful candidate should have expertise in property litigation and preferably commercial disputes.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting client meetings, legal research, drafting documents, and demonstrating business development skills.
The Residential Property team give legal advice on non-contentious, residential property matters including Sales and Purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equities, lease creation or extensions and applications, drafting and registration work.
