The Financial Planning Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planners and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and a background in financial planning, or wealth management to develop their career in the industry. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to financial planners, including preparing client meeting packs, processing new business applications, and maintaining client records. Assist with client communication and correspondence, including responding to client queries and scheduling appointments. Liaise with product providers and other third parties to gather information and documentation. Prepare and process client documentation, including financial planning documents, and compliance paperwork. Assist with the implementation of financial plans, including setting up client accounts, processing transactions, and monitoring progress. Requirements: Experience in a similar administrative role within financial planning is essential. Knowledge of Intelligent Office is required. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
