A financial planning firm based in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire, are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join their company.
The Financial Planning Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planners and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and a background in financial planning, or wealth management to develop their career in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial planners, including preparing client meeting packs, processing new business applications, and maintaining client records.
- Assist with client communication and correspondence, including responding to client queries and scheduling appointments.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to gather information and documentation.
- Prepare and process client documentation, including financial planning documents, and compliance paperwork.
- Assist with the implementation of financial plans, including setting up client accounts, processing transactions, and monitoring progress.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar administrative role within financial planning is essential.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
