Your role will be essential in ensuring an efficient and quality-focussed work approach is applied to supporting our Specialist Services with a wide range of administrative centred tasks.
To support the delivery of quality repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing working as part of a team carrying out a large range of Multi-skilling works associated, but not limited, to maintenance works to all types of LBI managed properties and social spaces, as scheduled or directed by supervisor.
We need a caretaker to cover certain functions, which could include estate sweeping, cleaning communal spaces of blocks or assisting with bulky waste removal.
Ideally, we'd prefer someone with a current DBS certificate.
