Due to business growth and demand, our client is looking to employ a new senior administrator / Trainee Paraplanner, to work alongside and provide technical/knowledgeable support to the Advisers at the firm. The business is a long-standing financial advice firm, with a very strong existing client bank and proven annual growth. This is an office-based role and you would make up part of a relatively small, but successful team. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently an experienced IFA Administrator, or junior/trainee Paraplanner at their current firm, looking to improve their technical knowledge and progress their career. Core experience/competencies required Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally as an IFA Administrator or Junior Paraplanner Excellent customer service, time management and prioritisation skills A natural resilience allowing them to cope with a challenging role and stay calm under pressure The ability to take responsibility for their own workload and use their initiative A collaborative nature allowing them to build and maintain internal and external relationships The role includes excellent scope, and you will be involved in the entire client journey. Preparing/maintaining client files, meeting research, recommendation preparation, implementation and investment reviews will all be part of the role.
